Bike vacation in Val Venosta - mountain-bike, downhill, freeride, Enduro and All Mountain cyclists find a dense network with more than 80 excellent trails in Val Venosta. The routes to alpine pastures and high-alpine terrain feature different levels of difficulty. There are trails for beginners and great challenges for passionate high-alpine bikers.
Thanks to its dry climate, Val Venosta in South Tyrol has an outstanding high number of sunny days. Hence, mountain-biking is usually possible from March to the end of November. The twisty trails through forests and meadows continuously open up impressive views of the surrounding mountains with their high peaks. Numerous alpine huts along the routes await you with traditional food.
The MTB routes in Val Venosta are realised and sign-posted in accordance with the MTB guidance system. Furthermore, the entire Val Venosta from Resia Pass to the Tessa Mountain Group is available on GPS.
Tip: Val Venosta MTB maps set
The Val Venosta MTB maps set contains three parts and more than 100 tours including information on the terrain. The tours reach from Resia Pass to Töll, from Passo del Forno to the Tiroler Oberland and the Stelvio Pass area. The maps can be purchased as single maps (4.90€) or as a set.
