Our rich breakfast buffet in the morning makes you fit for relaxing walks, extensive hikes and adventurous trails.

And what do you have in the evening? Choose from our small but fine menu homemade delicacies! Daniela will be happy to serve you a homemade juice, a cold beer, a fresh aperitif or the latest cocktail creation. Enjoy yourself in the spacious bar area and bistro or on the sun terrace with your loved ones!

Regional products

Cheese from South Tyrolean alpine dairies, herbal teas from the Stelvio National Park, coffee from the roastery in the valley, cereals from a Vinschgau valley family business, jams with fruits from the Martelltal valley, bread from the bakery in Latsch, homemade syrups and juices from the farm in the village. Regionality is very important for us!

Do you like bread rolls?

The typical Vinschger Paarlbrot, wheat or spelt bread or rather something sweet from the village bakery? How that smells! If you want to use the bread service, you can book it spontaneously on site or already when booking the apartment. Always, except sundays, we deliver fresh rolls to your apartment door.

Fit into the day

Daily from 08:00 to 10:30 you can enjoy breakfast either in the cozy breakfast room or on the sun terrace.

For the breakfast buffet (on request) we charge:

€19 per person and day (from 14 years)
From 6 to 13 years, it costs €11 per child and day
For the little ones (from 0 to 5 years) breakfast is free

Hungry? Thirsty?

When you return to Residence Montani after an adventurous day full of new experiences, we will be happy to prepare delicious dishes from our small but delicious menu on request. South Tyrolean dumplings, a fresh vegetable bowl or the popular homemade Montani burger, accompanied by a cold beer or a homemade juice and the day ends perfectly.

Pasta Night

An absolute must when staying at the Residence Montani: Pasta Night. Once a week, Karoline's popular house pasta and a wide selection of cold antipasti and salads are available for €8.50 (free for ages 5 and under). Would you like another warm apple strudel, a variety of ice cream sundaes or delicious cake variations? These, as well as the drinks, are charged extra.

Chill and grill

Do you always miss the cozy barbecue evenings with friends on vacation? No problem! With us you will find a large wooden grill, on which there is room for all tastes. We will provide you with the grill utensils for the perfect evening, as well as a short instruction on how to use it. So go shopping, fire up the grill and enjoy. Let's go!

Pizza, pizza!

Fancy a pizza in the wood-fired oven? In our lounge there is a large pizza oven just waiting to bake a pizza capricciosa, diavola or prosciutto funghi. Knead the dough in the large kitchen, cut the fresh ingredients, lovingly top the dough and off into the pizza oven. Buon appetito!

To Mom!

Every year on Mother's Day we celebrate our moms with a Mother's Day breakfast. Each family member from 14 years pays €18, from 6 to 13 years it costs €10 and for the youngest it is free.

Autumn time

In October and November, when nature turns yellow, orange and red, it's time for our chestnut afternoons. With a warm apple mulled mix or mulled wine and with fresh South Tyrolean chestnuts in the autumn sun, we usher in the winter months.
