Vacation apartment on the 1st floor with two separate bedrooms: One bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed that can be extended to a double bed. There are also two separate bathrooms and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a pull-out sofa.

Cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival will not incur additional cancellation fees and you will receive your full deposit back.

Cancellation within 20 to 15 days prior to arrival will incur a fee of 40% of the total amount booked.

Cancellation within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 60% of the total amount booked.

Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount booked.

In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% on the booked unused days will apply.

All prices are per apartment per day and in Euro including VAT and excluding local tax.

Local tax: €3.50 per person and day from the age of 14 years.

The Südtirol Guest Pass Vinschgau, for free use of all public transport in South Tyrol, is included in the price. Find out more here.

The final cleaning of €60 is not included in the daily prices and will be charged at departure. Additional cleaning during the stay will be charged €20 (on request).

Breakfast buffet or bread roll service can be added on request.

The entire spa and fitness area is of course included in the daily rate. We lend bathrobes in sizes M and XL on request. The rental fee is €6 for the whole stay.

For our youngest guests we lend a travel cot, a baby bath, and a baby carrier free of charge.

Mountain and city bikes can be rented free of charge (without helmet).

On request, dogs can be taken into the apartment, for which we charge €15 per day. We ask for your understanding that animals have no access to the dining room and wellness area.

Coins for the washing machine and dryer can be purchased for €5.

The parking spaces are of course free and included in the stay, as well as the Wi-Fi in each apartment and the entire Residence Montani.
